9:00-11:30am and 1:30-4:00pm
One of the most difficult things we can do in life is to live it fully - to be fully present - for ourselves and for the people we love and care about. So many times, at the end of the day, we say, "Where did the time go?" Years can go by in this manner. Your precious life is worth fully inhabiting. Learn how to become present for your life and this holiday season through the art of meditation, mindfulness practices, and vinyasa flow yoga. In this one day intensive you will learn specific techniques that will help you slow down and enter the gentle bliss of the present moment.
Each Season has its own personality, mood and energy which can affect us on a very deep level. Come join me for reflection on how this seasonal change is resonating throughout our lives. Seasonal Flow Yoga and Mindfulness Practices is a two-class intensive for advanced beginners to intermediate practitioners who want to celebrate the change of seasons in their practice. Each two-and-a-half-hour class will include asana, pranayama, meditation practices, and more.
