Class Schedule and Student Information

February 10-12th Modified Class Schedule
Due to teacher training, we will have the following modified class schedule February 10-12th:
 
Friday, February 10th
10:30-11:45am "Deep Stretch Yoga" - Kimberley

Saturday, February 11th
1:00-2:15pm "Yoga Basics" - Kimberley
7:00-8:30pm "Feel The Love Valentine's Yin and Flow" Yoga Class - Kimberley

Sunday, February 12th
10:30-11:45am "Peaceful Flow Yoga" - Kristina
4:00-5:15pm "Yin Yoga" - Kimberley
5:45-7pm - "Meditation & Mindfulness Practices" (FREE) 
 

 


Student Information

    •    Are you new to Amsa Yoga? Your first class is FREE!
    •    No pre-registration needed. Arrive early (10 minutes is suggested) to find your spot and get set up.
    •    PLEASE BE ON TIME!  All classes begin and end promptly. Class sizes are limited so be sure to arrive early and unwind before class. 
    •    HOT yoga is heated to approximately 90 degrees. Please bring your own mat and a towel.
    •    Be prepared to practice barefoot with loose/stretchy comfortable clothes for all classes.
    •    Mats and props are provided, although owning your own is strongly recommended.
    •    For your comfort do not eat a large meal 2 hours prior to a class. Bring your own water if attending a HOT class.
    •    Please do not wear heavy cologne, perfumes, essential oils or large jewelry to class.
    •    If you have a heart condition or any other serious ailment, please let your instructor know BEFORE class begins.
    •    Remember: Know your limits, breathe, smile and enjoy all that your practice offers!

Please note: The minimum age for classes on this schedule is 14 years old.
